Dear Friends,
I am so very grateful for your support, encouragement and prayers as our team has been preparing for the upcoming mission to Russia. We're packing our bags and are ready to leave in just one week. As I have mentioned in my previous letter, we will join efforts with the local ministry team in Voronezh by holding youth leadership training, student outreach, and orphanage sports outreach programs in the community. Our team will minister through music, drama, sports, and friendship building with the children and teenagers of Russia.
Here are a few answers to the prayer request we sent two weeks ago:
Praises:
- We are currently at 100% of our support level.
- We are able to deliver 500 Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes to the Rossosh community
- Russian Ministries has donated one "Backpacks for Blessings" for each child to attend the youth camps -- each contains a bible and school supplies
- We have 12 Russian youth leaders in training to join us on this trip. So our team has 32 people to ministry to the community, orphanage children and staff, and the local church.
- The translation for Undercover Princess is in process and we have received the financial support for the publication.
We are leaving from In Touch Ministries at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28 and will return on January 5. Thanks so much for being part of our team!
