Delta Flight DL 46 to Moscow arriving at 10:20 AM (8 hours difference--times below will be Moscow time).
Please pray that we will have an uneventful flight and that the team will be rested. Also pray that God will prepare the hearts of the people we will be meeting. Please pray for the team while they enter Customs in Moscow. Pray that the team goes unnoticed and ALL supplies and personal items make it through without difficulties.
Thursday, December 29, 2005 10:20 AM Moscow Time Arrive in Moscow
Arrive, visit Russian Ministries office, rest and shower, pick up Moscow team, then take overnight train to Voronezh (11 hours).
Ask God to help us as we adjust to our new surrounding, culture, and our bodies as we adjust to the time differences. Remember team’s family members who will remain back home. We will need strength, endurance, and great health for the duration of the trip.
Friday, December 30, 2005 7:00 AM Moscow Time
Arrive in Voronezh. Breakfast at church; Youth Leadership Training Sessions; bus ride to Rossosh (four hour drive); check into hotels; camp setup; Youth Camp kick-off with evening program and small groups at orphanage
- Pray that all children would know that they have a Father who will never leave them or forsake them. Pray for those who reach out to children to share the gospel of Jesus Christ, pray for many more to join them and for Jesus to reveal Himself to the children.
- Pray for children, who have lost their parents, for the grief and insecurity, the rejection and confusion. Pray for healing of memories and hope for the future.
Pray for strength for the team as they minister. Pray that the children know they are loved by God and not forgotten; and that their mind, body and spirit will be bent toward God.
Also, some will give testimonies during small group time today. Pray as we share our hearts that God will use the time to connect to the hearts of those listening. Pray that our lips will praise Him and bring Him glory.

Youth Sports Camp Activities. New Year’s Dinner and All-Evening Celebration.
Pray that team members will learn all God wants them to learn while in Russia. Pray for openness of people and for great fun! Pray as we celebrate that God will use the time to encourage fellowship.

New Year’s Worship Service, Church Fellowship, and Coffee House Outreach
Pray for a special anointing of God’s Spirit to come upon all team members. Pray that God will help us to have strength for ministry and that He would pour out a blessing on the youth and students.

Youth Camp and Evening Programs
This is our last ministry day with the community youth and orphans. Remember the team’s family back home and ask God to give them peace from worry. Ask for strength for the team as they minister and for openness of children and staff. Pray that many will realize that God loves them and will always be with them.

Schedule: Prayer breakfast with local church; bus ride (four hours) to Voronezh; team debriefing dinner; overnight train to Moscow (11 hours).
Ask God to strengthen the local church and raise up more ministry workers in Rossosh and Voronezh to serve and disciple the children. Ask for more passionate and boldly obedient Russians to spread His Word and to share His Love with their communities.
Pray for the children and for the safety of the team. Ask that God would lead the children to truth always ... Truth in the person of Jesus Christ … and that they would be protected and kept from harm's way and evil influences.
Pray for traveling safety today.

Arrive early morning in Moscow (7:00 a.m.) Activities: Shopping and tour of Moscow and fellowship with Moscow staff
Ask for protection for the as they tour the city. Pray today that God will place in paths individuals who He desires us to minister to and that we will be able to encourage and minister effectively. Ask God to show each individual how they can continue to serve Him once we return home.
Pray that the Russian people will be able to see Christ in all our actions and that they will be drawn to Him by our witness. Continue praying for the team member’s safety.

Pray for safety as we fly home. Ask God to place people in our paths who will be open to receive His unconditional love. Pray that we may enjoy the last few hours together as we fly home.
