Guyla, Marina Mireychik, Lilya, and (back) Peter Mireychik. Peter is the Regional Director of Voronezh. What impressed me most is how much Peter loves these young men and women. God has truly gifted him with the motivation to shepherd and pastor. He allows them room to grow and lead in their ministries and treats them as his own sons or daughters. I am so very grateful to serve with Peter and to witness his leadership style.
